This standard is applicable to the measurement of electrical characteristics of aerospace solar cells, including single crystalline silicon solar cells, single- and multi-junction GaAs solar cells.The multi-junction GaAs solar cells include, but are not limited to, GaInP2/GaAs/Ge triple-junction solar cells,GaInP2/GaAs/In0.3Ga0.7As triple-junction solar cells, and GaInP2/GaAs/In0.3 Ga0.7 As/In0.58 Ga0.42As quadruple-junction solar cells. |
